Will my pet need aftercare?

Following Local Gold treatment your pet will not need special aftercare. However the following measures will be recommended:

• The first 4 days after the treatment a pain relieving drug is given to reduce pain arising from the manipulation during treatment.

• Exercise is restricted to walks on the leash in the first two weeks following treatment.

• Two weeks after treatment the dog should be seen for a recheck (included in the price).

• One year after treatment the dog should be seen for a control radiographic examination in order to follow the progression of the lesions.
